Alan H. Gradman, M.D. received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Following his internship and residency at Barnes Hospital he completed his postdoctoral fellowship in cardiology at Stanford University Medical School. After finishing his training he spent 13 years on the faculty at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Gradman is presently Director, Cardiology Fellowship Training Program at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Gradman is Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and Professor of Medicine, Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Gradman has authored numerous publications dealing with various aspects of clinical cardiology and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy and is a manuscript reviewer for several major journals.
