Kishore Gadde, MD is Director of Obesity Clinical Trials Programme in the department of psychiatry at Duke University.
Dr. Gadde completed his psychiatry residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and continued as a fellow in the intramural program of the National Institute of Mental Health in Bethesda. He is board certified in psychiatry and neurology.
A fellow of NAASO, The Obesity Society, Dr. Gadde has served on the clinical and publications committees of the society.
Dr. Gadde’s research is aimed at exploring the potential of novel CNS acting drugs in the treatment of obesity. He has grant awards from NIDDK and NIMH, and has authored numerous articles, book chapters, abstracts, and presentations on obesity and related disorders as well as psychiatric disorders. |
