The CME Program Director position is a once-in-a-career opportunity. HealthScience Media, Inc is a leading producer of innovative medical and managed care conferences,
advisory boards, enduring materials, and other strategic medical education initiatives. We have an immediate opening in our Red Bank, NJ office for a medical education
professional with hands on experience with CME events, major medical education live events, and enduring materials.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills; be detail and solution oriented with the ability to multi-task; and a proven ability to build, nurture and
maintain relationships internally and externally. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client focused, and team-oriented environment
with accountability for all aspects of innovative medical education initiatives.

Major responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and execute multi-sponsored symposia, publications, and other enduring materials
• Understand disease states relevant to HSM initiatives: cardiometabolic, psychiatry, neurology
• Establish and nurture relationships with corporations, associations, and other stakeholders relevant to HSM initiatives
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to recruit participants
• Identify and manage vendors for individual projects
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and reconciliation process
• Execute needs assessment and market research studies
• Develop and submit educational grant requests following ACCME and supporter guidelines
• Support new business development initiatives
Successful candidates will have a minimum of a BS/BA and 5 years of industry related experience. Prior experience working with or within the pharmaceutical industry,
medical education/communications, and/or publishing with an understanding of ACCME, OIG, FDA, and PhRMA guidelines is required. |
