Joshua M. Stolker, MD, is an adjunct associate professor at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He also practices interventional cardiology at Mercy Heart and Vascular, Mercy–Washington, and Mercy–St. Louis Hospitals. Dr. Stolker received his undergraduate (BA) and medical degree (MD) from Duke University. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his postgraduate fellowship training in cardiology at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Dr. Stolker also completed an interventional cardiology and peripheral arterial diseases fellowship at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute. He has been involved as a principal investigator or coinvestigator in multiple studies and has published more than 50 journal articles. In addition, he has been involved in more than 40 abstract presentations at cardiology conferences and has authored numerous book chapters. Several of his abstract presentations have been nominated for Best of AHA Specialty Conferences at American Heart Association Scientific Sessions. Dr. Stolker was also the recipient of the 2011 Young Leadership Recognition Program Award presented at the annual Cardiovascular Research Technologies meeting.
