Program Overview
Over a course of 4 live, 30-minute webinars, experts will address knowledge and competency gaps regarding heart failure (HF) management and treatment with a short, didactic presentation followed by patient case examples. Part II of this series will cover the Coordination of Care: HF Patient Follow-up.
