CMHC Inflammation and Cardiovascular Disease Expert Interviews (CME Concluded)

This activity is comprised of expert commentary and clinical pearls taken from the 13th Annual Cardiometabolic Congress meeting. Experts will provide an overview of the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis, development and progression of atherosclerosis as well as address the concept of residual inflammatory risks in patients with CVD. The activity will also discuss recent analyses from the completed CANTOS study trial, and its potential clinical practice implications on the overall role of targeting inflammation in atherosclerosis.
