Andy Y. Lee, MD



Dr. Lee is assistant professor of medicine at University of California Irvine School of Medicine’s Division of Cardiology with clinical interests in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, cardiac imaging, metabolic heart health, cardiorenal syndrome and cardio-oncology. His research interests include advanced heart failure, temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support, and translational medicine.

Professional Highlights

Dr. Lee has presented his findings at several national cardiology conferences including the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation and American College of Cardiology. His publications have appeared in the American Journal of Cardiology, Journal of the American Heart Association, Cell Death Discovery, Artificial Organs, and the Journal for Biomedical Optics.
