Dr. Heather M. Johnson is a double board-certified preventive cardiologist at the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute of Baptist Health South Florida. She is also a clinical associate professor in the cardiology department at Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.

Her research focuses on cardiovascular risk factor management across the age spectrum, including health services research, clinical trials, and implementation studies.

Dr. Johnson has appeared as a guest medical expert on many television newscasts, radio shows, and podcasts. She has received numerous awards, including being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
