Dr. Surendra Sivarajah is the senior medical director of Cardiovascular Metabolic Disease at AstraZeneca. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Dr. Sivarajah served as the Diabetes Director at Penn State College of Medicine, where he provided oversight on all diabetes-related clinical and scholarly activity, with a focus on delivering optimal integrated diabetes treatment across the spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care. Dr. Sivarajah is passionate about teaching medical students, medical residents, nurses, pharmacists, and advanced practitioners.
