All Educational Programs (Conferences, Workshops, Symposiums, Modules):

Tarsus Cardio will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from time of purchase less $100 credit card processing fee. After 72 hours, refunds will be less 50%. All refund requests must be made in writing and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. No refund will be made if the request is made within 90 days of the educational event. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants. Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $100.00 transit fee. No transfers to alternate events will be made if the request is submitted within 90 days of the original event.

Badge Scanning:

If you attend one of our events, you may be asked to have your badge scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor. By allowing this, you will be providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal data. This data may be used to contact you about their products or services and the exhibitor or sponsor may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area.

I understand that the material presented by Cardiometabolic Health Congress and/or its affiliated partners, is the property of said groups and may not be reproduced, rebroadcasted or redistributed without written permission.

I understand that any knowledge gained from Cardiometabolic Health Congress and/or its affiliated partners, may not be duplicated or presented in or to another medical education entity not affiliated with Cardiometabolic Health Congress unless written permission is granted. “Medical education entity” is defined as an organization whose purpose is to educate physicians and healthcare practitioners.

I understand that recording lectures, audio, video or both, presented by the Cardiometabolic Health Congress and/or its affiliated partners, is strictly prohibited.
