Stephen Lynch is the director of Health Marketing for Novo Nordisk, leading the company’s digital health strategy in the U.S. His team focuses on managing partnerships with established and emerging technology companies, developing commercial programs for Novo’s cardiometabolic portfolio, and using data to understand and enhance the patient experience.
Throughout his career, Stephen has leveraged his training and background in visual arts and sociology to deliver pragmatic approaches to innovation producing commercial solutions informed by data, optimized to produce a consistent customer experience, and built to react to real-world customer interaction. In addition to his work for Novo Nordisk and other life science companies, Stephen developed commercial programs for Amazon, Samsung, IBM, Verizon, HP, Brooks Brothers, Joseph Abboud, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, Prudential, Bank of America, and UBS.
